Since 2018, I’ve been working with selling on Amazon, gaining experience in advertising, optimizing product pages, and launching new products.
As a One Man Band, I mastered eight instruments and vocals, securing five wins at the Swedish championships in street music. (2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 & 2018)
Course work included: web psychology, A/B testing, conversion copy, user research, and conversion UX to provide participants with a holistic understanding of optimizing websites for improved conversions.
Main Purpose of Role:
As the Tobii Gaming Ecommerce Manager, my primary responsibility is the thorough management of ecommerce platforms and global marketplaces to achieve annual D2C sales targets.
Key Work Tasks:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Tobii Gaming sales channels, ensuring seamless user journeys aligned with sales targets and marketing initiatives.
Utilize data, heatmaps, and engagement tools to optimize Tobii Gaming sales channels for increased conversion, higher average order value, and enhanced engagement.
This extensive Conversion Optimization (CRO) course unfolded over four months, guiding you through key elements. Starting with CRO and web psychology, you explored data-driven strategies, web analytics, user research, and Conversion UX. Emphasis was placed on A/B testing, persuasive CRO copy, and SEO for effective landing pages.
The course integrated theory into practice with a case-based workshop and offered personalized support for experiment design. The grand finale involved analyzing experiments, reflecting on lessons, and receiving certification as a Conversion Manager. Overall, the course provided a comprehensive understanding of optimizing website performance through data-driven strategies, user-centric design, and effective experimentation.
Main Purpose of Role:
The Sales Analyst at Tobii Tech plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and optimizing sales performance across various channels. Responsible for meticulous data analysis, report generation, and execution of sales strategies to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
Key Work Tasks:
Analyze and generate insightful monthly and quarterly sales reports, drawing actionable conclusions for optimized visibility and sales performance.
Execute the sales strategy for Tobii Tech’s peripherals, overseeing operational tasks like product updates, online merchandising, advertising, and tactical analysis.
Main Purpose of Role:
The Ecommerce and Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day online store site sales operations globally (Amazon, Newegg, Jd.com, etc.) and providing daily support to channel partners. Collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure seamless operations, drive sales growth, and onboard new resellers.
Key Work Tasks:
Enhance customer experience on our online product sites and support partners in design, content, information architecture, branding/marketing, site performance, functionality, and usability to drive sales.
Onboard new resellers to expand market presence and strengthen collaborative partnerships.
At Södertörn University, I got the chance to dive into the world of tech, design, and digital media. The program covered everything from web development to interaction design, helping me build a solid mix of creative and technical skills. Through hands-on projects and teamwork, I learned how to approach problems creatively and think analytically.
